The Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex offers ample parking facilities for all attendees. There are two main parking lots: the primary lot near the main entrance and a secondary lot approximately 100 yards from the fields. Parking is free of charge. Please note that during peak times, the main lot may fill up quickly, so utilizing the secondary lot is advisable.

Each field at the complex is equipped with covered bleachers, providing spectators with comfortable seating options protected from the elements. For those seeking additional comfort, bringing personal seating cushions or portable chairs is recommended. Please be aware that some fields may have protective netting to shield spectators from foul balls, while others might not; staying alert during games is advised.

As of now, the complex does not have a fully operational concession stand. However, during tournaments, event staff typically sell cold drinks, packaged snacks, and candy. Occasionally, food trucks may be present to offer a variety of dining options. The town plans to open a state-of-the-art concession hub in the quad area, with a goal of opening in the spring of 2024. For a wider selection of meals, several restaurants and eateries are located within a short driving distance in Cortland.

Restroom facilities are available near the main entrance of the complex, adjacent to the primary parking lot. Please note that the distance from some fields to the restrooms can be significant, so planning accordingly is recommended. The restrooms are maintained regularly to ensure cleanliness for all guests.

While the bleachers are covered, providing some relief from the sun, the open areas around the fields may lack sufficient shade. Spectators are encouraged to bring personal umbrellas, hats, or portable canopies to stay protected during sunny days. Additionally, staying hydrated and applying sunscreen is advisable.

The complex boasts four batting cages available for teams to use during the tournament. These facilities are designed to help players warm up and refine their batting skills before and during games. Access to the cages may be scheduled; teams should coordinate with event organizers to ensure fair usage.
