Parking is available in the lots surrounding Riddle-Pace Field. Attendees are advised to use the designated university parking areas adjacent to the stadium. Specific parking instructions, including any fees or permits required, will be provided upon registration or can be obtained by contacting the event organizers.

Spectators are welcome to observe the showcase from the stadium's seating areas. Riddle-Pace Field offers comfortable seating options with clear views of the field, ensuring an enjoyable experience for family and friends supporting the participants.

Restroom facilities are conveniently located within Riddle-Pace Field, accessible from the main concourse. These facilities are maintained to ensure cleanliness and are equipped to accommodate all attendees.

• Check-In: Begins at 8:00 AM at the entrance of Riddle-Pace Field.

• What to Bring: Participants should come prepared with appropriate baseball attire, including glove, bat, catching equipment (if applicable), running/turf shoes, molded cleats (note: due to the turf surface, only pitchers are allowed to wear metal spikes), hat, helmet, and any other necessary equipment. It's also recommended to label all items, as Meade Baseball Camps and Troy Baseball will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Meals: Lunch will not be provided. Players should bring a lunch or plan to obtain something during the break. Pitcher-only participants should eat before arriving.

• Medical Forms/Waivers: All participants must provide a physical taken within the last year or have a physician sign the waiver form available on the website. The waiver form should be brought to the event.

• Additional Services: TrackMan analysis for pitchers and Diamond Kinetics technology reports for hitters are available as add-ons during registration for an additional fee.
