There is no perfect instructor. All kids are different especially today. Kids have so much extra information to digest. At the youth levels 10/11/12 a majority of kids are still learning to communicate in life. As a parent/ coach unfortunately i see it way too often. Kids are copying all these social media trends.
I suggest interviewing instructors and not just paying someone because they have a social media page that is popular. Make sure they can connect with your player on a personal level . It’s a business obviously but, you need to ensure your player won’t pick up bad habits that will set him back
